We, RDC AUTOZUG Sylt GmbH, transport passengers in their motor vehicles or accompanied motor vehicles from Westerland (Sylt) to Niebüll and in the opposite direction. The following conditions of carriage and prices apply.
We reserve the right to amend or supplement the tariff at any time. Such changes and additions to this tariff and their entry into force will be published in the ‘Tarif- und Verkehrsanzeiger für den Personen-, Gepäck- und Güterverkehr der Eisenbahnen des öffentlichen Verkehrs im Gebiet der Bundesrepublik Deutschland (TVA)’.
The carriage of passengers with goods and live animals in motor vehicles and trailers is authorised. The driver of the vehicle is responsible for the goods and live animals. When transporting dangerous goods, the rules set out in No. 5, Section A of this tariff must be observed.
The vehicle licence/registration certificate Part I contains important data about the motor vehicle. This certificate, together with the ticket and the corresponding receipt, must be kept ready for inspection by service personnel at the terminals.
The personal and vehicle-related data is collected, processed and used by RDC AUTOZUG Sylt GmbH for the purpose of contract processing and customer service. We will provide you with further details in our data protection information. Passengers who violate the conditions of carriage of this tariff may be excluded from carriage.
